In this episode I share my inspiring journey of discovering ballroom dance during the pandemic and how it transformed my life. Moyra who was not a dancer growing up, found herself intrigued by a friend's Facebook posts about ballroom dancing. Encouraged to try it out, she took her first lesson at a Fred Astaire studio and quickly became hooked.
In this episode Moyra discusses how dancing became more than just a hobby; it became a form of life coaching and personal growth. She shared four key lessons she learned through dance:
