Wellness Tips Wednesday: Probitoics 101

Wellness Tips Wednesday: Probitoics 101

May 27, 2020

Probiotics seem to be a buzz word these days. With add on the TV about eating yogurt to get some healthy probiotics to so many choices in the health food or grocery store , making the right choice can be confusing and overwhelming.

I'm here with another episode of Wellness and product tips this wednesday to shed some light on healthy choices for supplementation, specifically probitoics.

75% of our immune system is in our gut . There are also so many neurotransmitters in our intestinal system. So a healthy gut leads to a healthy mind and life.

I'm here to shed light on how to make the right choice and why Shaklee has been my choice for over 20 years for health and wellness products.

If you are confused on where to start or what to choose, I'm here to help. Reach out and schedule a free 30 minute consult and let's discover together how you can live  healthier life today.

Free health assessment: Check it out here. In less than 10 minutes you will receive a comprehensive report on how to get started with your own wellness plan.

The Power of One: One person, One Decision, One Less or One more. Musings from Moyra

The Power of One: One person, One Decision, One Less or One more. Musings from Moyra

May 22, 2020

Today I share with you my thoughts on the Power of One.

As I was driving to attend a leadership event hosted by one of my leaders in the

Wellness business, I reflected on how this one person has impacted so many .

I am so proud of Harper Guerra and the organization of Wellness Advocates that she has built and lead.

I went on to think how Powerful ONE is as it relates to One more good decision OR one less drink or negative comment.

Wellness Tips Wednesday: Protein :Why it’s important for everyone and which supplement to choose

May 20, 2020

Another Wellness Tips Wednesday and today I am talking Protein. Not just eating protein but rather the importance of protein for our cells and overall good health. This is not a show about diet or meal plans. Shaklee products have been a life line for me for the past 20 years. They have helped me, my family and others that i have coached in my wellness business live healthier lives.

My intent is to share all that I have learned so to help you with your health. I am here to tell you that you can live a healthy and well life by making some smart choices each day.

Today I kick off what will be an ongoing series of Wellness and Product tips. For the past 20 years I have been experiencing the Shaklee line of health and wellness products. They have been a life line to myself and my family as we have reclaimed our health and lived vibrant, healthy lives.

The Prayer Shawl or Tallit: How prayer helped my pain I experienced during my daughters recovery

April 22, 2020

Today I am joined by Elena Giacomin-Dennis, a very good friend and and collegue in business with me. She is a wife, mother, Grandmother and an entreprenur in business for herself for over 4 decades.

Elena has always been on a spiritual quest and always hungry for knowing God and his Son Jesus!

During the time my daughter has been struggling, I have gone to prayer so many times. I also have some prayer partners, dear girl friends of my who have joined me in prayer for recovery for Anna as well myself and our family.

I received a Tallit in the mail from Elena and I knew nothing about it.

She tells us today the meaning behind this prayer shawl and how we can use it in our prayer life. It has become something that helps me during prayer times and meditaions. I think this episode will speak to you and fill you with hope and the love of God that never fails .
